Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Fast IELTS Studies. They explain what the practice service is, how accounts and payments work, and the limits of what a practice score can tell you.
1. The service
Fast IELTS Studies provides practice tools for IELTS Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening, plus an adaptive English quiz. The site is an independent study aid. It is not an official IELTS test, does not issue an official band score, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, PTE, the British Council, IDP Education, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any official body behind those tests.
This build is a working preview. Accounts and practice results are stored on our server; drafts are still kept in your browser. The checkout page states whether secure card checkout or a no-charge demo is active. Features described for paid plans may depend on services that are switched on later.
2. Accounts
You need an account to save results and use the practice modules. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in information to yourself. Your account is stored on our server and can be signed in on up to three devices at a time. If you think someone else has used your account, change your details and tell us promptly.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not create accounts to abuse free practice tests, interfere with the site or resell access.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own IELTS preparation. You may not:
- Copy, scrape, resell or republish the question banks, model answers, feedback templates or other site content.
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or another user’s account.
- Submit material that is unlawful, abusive, malicious or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Use the site to train or build a competing product without written permission.
We may suspend or restrict access if these rules are broken or if we need to protect the site and its users.
4. Your work
You keep ownership of the writing, recordings, transcripts and answers you submit. You give us permission to store, process and assess that work for the purpose of providing feedback and keeping your practice history. When you submit a test, your answers and the result are saved to your account on our server. Drafts you have not submitted stay in your browser.
When live grading is introduced, submissions may need to be sent to a third-party assessment provider. We will update the privacy policy before that happens.
Model answers and sample feedback are examples for study. They are not intended to be submitted as your own work in a test or assignment.
5. Practice scores
Writing and Speaking feedback follows the four published IELTS criteria, but every result is a practice estimate. It is not an official IELTS band and should not be treated as a prediction of your test result.
Automated assessment can make mistakes, particularly with unusual answers, accents, handwriting or formatting. If a result looks wrong, email info@ieltsstudies.com and we will take a look. We do not guarantee a particular band, a particular improvement or success in any test.
6. Plans, payments and refunds
Checkout modes
The checkout page shows which mode is active. Demo checkout simulates the member flow: no card details are requested, no money is charged and no payment or renewal is created. Secure checkout sends you to Lemon Squeezy’s hosted page, where card details are entered and handled by Lemon Squeezy; they never pass through this site. Test-mode checkouts do not charge real money.
Card payments
Paid plans are one-time purchases in US dollars. Listening + Reading, Writing + Speaking and All Access grant 30 days of access; All Access — 2 months grants 60 days at a 20% discount. There is no annual contract, no automatic renewal and no stored payment method on this site. Prices shown in Pakistani rupees are an approximate conversion for visitors in Pakistan; the amount charged may differ because of exchange rates and payment provider fees. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which issues its own receipt. We also email a confirmation and receipt to the address on your Fast IELTS Studies account.
Access begins after the payment provider confirms the order and ends automatically after the purchased days. Buying again before the end date adds the new term to your existing access. Nothing renews automatically and no recurring subscription is created.
Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in the FAQ. In summary: a refund is available only for a first paid combo purchase (Listening + Reading, Writing + Speaking, All Access, or the All Access 2-month bundle) at the normal price, requested within 7 calendar days of payment, provided no more than 3 assessed Writing or Speaking checks have been used in total after that payment; repeat purchases and purchases made with a coupon or promotional discount are non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. Third-party services
The site uses Google Fonts and an optional Google Translate menu. Checkout uses Lemon Squeezy for card payments. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability, but we choose them to support the site’s core functions.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, question banks, model answers, feedback text, branding and other original content belong to Fast IELTS Studies or are used with permission. You may use them for personal study, but you may not copy, distribute or sell them.
IELTS and PTE are trademarks of their respective owners. References to those tests are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, question sets or plans. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will explain it on the site.
10. Liability
The site is provided as a study aid on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on a practice score. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ieltsstudies.com. Please include “Terms” in the subject line.
